T400 - Load and test resistors

This product group includes load and test resistors for laboratory environments, test fields, and industrial environments with various protection levels.

These resistor types are used for various applications, such as voltage dividers, series resistors, or as load resistors. The load and test resistors consist of various resistor elements from our T100 to T600 series.

Properties

  • constant resistance over a wide temperature range.
  • power adjustable: stepwise via switches or contactors, or continuously via sliders and spindles.
  • single- and three-phase versions depending on the power supply, also for special voltages.
  • housing made of aluminum (BWMV series) or hot-dip galvanized sheet steel (all other series).
  • very robust construction.
  • various protection degrees and installation types, also for mobile use.

Options

  • Laboratory version with lacquer; special lacquer available on request at an additional cost.
  • control of power levels: via electrical contactors or switches placed in a connected control cabinet (FAVR/FSVR series) or via internal switches (BW and BWMV series).
