Elma’s panel building department assembles drive and control panels according to your design, BOM, and quality requirements.
We handle the complete assembly and test the panels, either in the Netherlands or at our sister company Elro in Romania.

Elma assembles your control cabinets and provides engineering support. Our specialists check the drawings in advance against applicable standards, such as IEC 61439 and IEC 60204. If desired, we advise on efficient and future-proof technical solutions.
Upon completion of the panel building, a Factory Acceptance Test can be performed at Elma Systems. This test is carried out according to your own protocol or a test plan drawn up by Elma, so that the operation and quality of the panel are demonstrably guaranteed before delivery.

Elma optimizes its processes using the Lean methodology by reducing waste and improving flow. This results in shorter lead times, higher quality, and lower production costs.
Where necessary, Six Sigma is used to statistically substantiate quality improvements and determine priorities. With the help of selected KPIs, points for improvement in the assembly process are made transparent.
