Hardware & software engineering

Based on your functional specifications, our engineers design the complete control system and associated panels in EPLAN. If desired, our software specialists develop and test the PLC, HMI, and machine controls for a reliable and efficiently operating system.

Panel Building

Control cabinets are built in our factory in Soesterberg, with a focus on prototypes, specials, and customer-specific customization. We also offer cost-efficient solutions for serial production.

Installation & commissioning

Elma provides full installation and commissioning if desired, both at our own facilities and on-site. This ensures you receive an integrated solution that is immediately operational.

In addition to Elma’s own panel building department at our factory in Soesterberg, we have an assembly facility in Romania, at ELRO SRL. Especially when it comes to control panels that need to be assembled in larger series, having this work performed at ELRO often proves to be a financially attractive option!
